Terms & Conditions

The Artist 


1.Will provide hair and makeup application(s) on the day of the agreed upon reservation date at the provided on-location service address.  

2.Provide a schedule for the event, a break down and total price for services before day of reservation. 




The preferred payment method would be cash. Credit cards will be accepted but will have an automatic added convenience fee of 20% to cover any additional charges. 


Other forms of payment such as venmo or zelle are not accepted. 


Payment is due and payable the day services are rendered after the last service is complete, directly to the artist. 


**Gratuity is not included for cash or check payments. 20% gratuity will be added to payments made via credit card.**


The Client 


I agree to services and prices noted above and to submit a deposit of $50.00 to secure the date and appointments. I understand that the balance is due the day services are performed.   A refund of the deposit will be given in the event of a reservation cancellation given 90 days prior to event.  A 20% of service total will be payable if cancellation of reservation happens 30-60 days before the date of services.  Full payment will still be required for any services cancelled within 30 days of the event. I understand that if any services are added after this contract is signed, I will be accountable to pay for them.
